Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2017 and 22.09.2017 in accordance with law by directing the third respondent to appoint the trustees for Arulmighu Kalikambal Kamteeswarar Thirukoil, Hosur.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation was not considered so far. Needless to say that it is for the competent jurisdictional authority to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law without loss of further time.
4. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, submitted that the 3rd respondent will consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
