ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondent herein, for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.19040 of 2019 dated 17.09.2019. 2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/contemnors, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with; hence nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly he prays for closure of the present contempt petition.

3. The above said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
