This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in Crime 1/4

No.51 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9329 of 2023 is allowed on 18.05.2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), that anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner is allowed, no order would be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.
