This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 25.06.2021 in W.P.No.13279 of 2021.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 25.06.2021 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the 1st Respondent dated 26.05.2023 to that effect.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner also accepted the said contention.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 26.05.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
