There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.20465 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20465 of 2021, has been complied with vide G.O.(2D).No.196, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(i)) Department dated 22.12.2022. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.

5. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to reopen the contempt petition, in case, the amount is not credited to the petitioner's account within a reasonable time.
