This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the 3rd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him, either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 63 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
