Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Extend the Interim stay granted in WP.No.7126/2020 in WMP.No.8627/2020 dated 20.03.2020 (in WMP.No.17217/2020)and (ii)To pass an order of Direction directing the Respondents not to bring the Mill Property for auction dated 29.9.2020 (in WMP.No.17218/2020) pending disposal of the above WP.No.7216/2020 respectively.

This Court does not find any merit in entertaining these writ miscellaneous petitions and the interim order passed by this Court on 20.03.2020 stands automatically vacated due to the non-compliance of the conditions imposed by this Court. Accordingly, both these writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
