This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.2558 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that investigation in Crime No.2558 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as further action dropped, pursuant to the postmortem report, which showed that the death of Moorthy was on account of cardiac arrest.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
