The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 784 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.64331 of 2025.
2. M/s.M.Murali Vinodh, learned Standing Counsel undertakes to file Vakalat for the Respondent and has no objection in allowing the petition provided that the interest for the period of delay of 784 days is waived.
3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 784 days and the delay of 784 days is condoned.
