This petition has been filed to direct the respondents / complainants to register the First Information Report (F.I.R) on the basis of the complaint dated 25.05.2016, which was acknowledged by the first respondent / complainant by RC.No.88/JCOP(WZ)/Camp/Public Grievance.

2. Today, Ms.M.Sasikala, WPC-1538, AWPS, T.V.Malai is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on the ground that the petitioner did not co-operate in the enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been made to run from pillar to post by the police and she is always ready and willing to cooperate in the enquiry, in as much as the opposite party are withholding her jewellery and refusing to give back.

5. Under such circumstances, the 3rd respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct fresh enquiry on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 and take action in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry.
