ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the petitioner from Ariyalur District Head Quarters Hosptial to Trichy Medical College Hosptial, Trichy or to Millaghuparai TB Hospital, Trichy, as Nursing Superintendent Grade-II, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018.
2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Raja,learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the first respondent on 02.04.2018, seeking transfer from Ariyalur District head quarters hospital to Trchy Medical College Hospital, Trichy or to Millaghuparai TB Hospital, Trichy as Nursing Superintendent. Since, the same is kept pending, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
5.In view of the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose is going to be served in seeking counter affidavit from the respondents. Hence, after hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However,it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
