2. This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.18949 of 2014, dated 27.08.2015.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that in compliance of the order passed in the Writ Petition, the petitioner was given promotions and pension was also re-fixed at Rs.72,876/-. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the entire arrears of pension has been paid and for commutation of pension, the consent of the petitioner is required. Despite notice to the petitioner, he has not approached the respondents so far.

4. In the light of the above submission, we are of the view that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18949 of 2014, dated 27.08.2015, has been complied with.
