ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and passed orders, by directing the Tahsildar concerned to issue MBC certificate to the petitioners and thus, the orders have been complied with.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the said order and also handed over a copy of the said order to learned counsel for the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order, they can file an appeal before the District Collector concerned.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, they are closed.
