This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 442 days in preferring the Crl.A.SR.No.24173 of 2023, against the order dated 31.03.2021 in SPL.S.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Puducherry.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondent strongly opposed for condoning the delay of 442 days in preferring the Crl.A.SR.No.24173 of 2023.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 442 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.7156 of 2023 is ordered.
