The petitioner filed W.P.No.4960 of 2024 and this Court vide order dated 28.02.2024, directed the management to conclude the enquiry within twelve weeks, a default clause was incorporated that the charge-memo shall stand quashed if the enquiry is not concluded, the respondents filed W.M.P.No.15503 of 2024 seeking extension of time.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, twelve weeks further time sought for by the petitioner is granted and W.M.P.No.15503 of 2024 is allowed.
