Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the records.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, which was subject matter of writ petitions vide W.P.No.24236 of 2025 and batch, which were allowed by this Court by order dated 23.10.2025, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
