Crl.M.P.No.8214 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.27325 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the said revision against the order passed by the learned Special Judge under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai - 104 in Crl.M.P.No.493 of 2017 in C.C.No.17 of 2013 dated 12.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 22 days in filing the above revision case is condoned.
