] This petition is filed to extend the interim order and the time for filing the appeal granted by this Court by its order dated 09.06.2016.

2. As per the order of this Court dated 09.06.2016, the petitioners being the borrower ought to have disbursed their debts by one time settlement to the respondents' bank or ought to have approached the Appellate Tribunal, without doing so, they have come forward with the present petition. Since the amount involved is huge sum, this Court is not inclined to grant further time. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
