ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as the seventh respondent in the above Appeal.

2. The petitioner has stated in his affidavit that he is one of the devotees of the said temple. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused to the appellants, if the petitioner is allowed to be impleaded as a party in the appeal.
