Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the Notice No.CST/54016/2014-2015/A3 dated 24/07/2015 issued by the 1st Respondent and to quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st Respondent to remit the amount already received from the 5th Respondent-Bank from the petitioner current Account No.026021200000034 maintained with them.

ORDER

Challenging the impugned notice dated 24.07.2015 issued by the 1st respondent for recovery of money due towards arrears of tax, the petitioner/assessee has come forward with this writ petition.

2. When the writ petition came up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
