When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the father of the Petitioner, viz., Narayanasamy Pandaram, whose death on 22.09.1972 has been registered in the office of the SubRegistrar, Kadaladi, did not last reside within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Respondent, viz., the Tahsildar, Tondiarpet, and that the Petitioner would have to make an application for Legal Heirship Certificate before the jurisdictional Tahsildar within whose territorial limits, the said deceased Narayanasamy Pandaram last resided, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make application before the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
