2.In continuation of the order of this Court dated 08.02.2021, the report dated 02.09.2021 has been received from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro cases, Egmore, Chennai and perused the same.

3.The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to proceed the case in C.C.No.2675 of 2018 on day to day basis and complete the trial within a period of 3 months i.e., on or before 30.11.2021 and file a compliance report on or before 01.12.2021.

4.List the matter on 01.12.2021 "for reporting compliance".
