ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to Lock and Seal the Women's Hostel, operated by the 8th respondent in contravention of the Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, they pray for dismissal of this petition.

3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
