The petitioner made a representation on 16.09.2015, which was preceded by earlier representations dated 01.12.2014 and 06.01.2015, seeking to change the patta, which according to him has been wrongly entered in some others name. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations of the petitioner 01.12.2014, 06.01.2015 and 16.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd parties, in whose name patta stands as of now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
