O R D E R

The challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is to the order dated 04.04.2016, whereby and whereunder, the learned Trial Judge allowed the Transfer Petition and clubbed E.A.No.41 of 2014 in E.P.No.11 of 2012 along with O.S.No.421 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is given to the Trial Judge to

dispose of the suit and the Execution Application as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned First Additional Sub-Judge, Erode, to dispose of the proceedings in E.A.No.41 of 2014 in E.P.No.11 of 2012 and the suit in O.S.No.421 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.09.2016 ogy To The First Additional Sub-Judge, Erode.
