The prayer made in the writ petition is innocuous in nature and as such is taken up and disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.S.Senthil Murugan, Learned Special Government Pleader is requested to take notice on behalf of the first respondent/Authority. Mr.R.Valliappan, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that a complaint was made in C.No.129 of 2023. Both sides were heard in detail and orders were reserved on 13.11.2024. The orders are yet to be pronounced. On the other hand, the second respondent is proceeding further in the matter.
3. In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:
The first respondent authority is requested to pass orders in the complaint in C.No.129 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. 2/4
There shall be no order as to costs.
