2. This Court by order dated 12.06.2023, fixed the compensation under the head of Disability for 25%, at Rs.3,000/- per percentage which works out to Rs.75,000/-.

3.Whereas, relying upon the Judgment dated 15.06.2022 made in C.M.A. No.3334 of 2021 passed by this Court, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that Rs.4,000/- may be fixed per percentage towards the permanent disability of 25% instead of Rs.3,000/-.

4. Accordingly, Rs.4,000/- per percentage towards permanent disability at 25% is fixed which works out to Rs.1,00,000/-.

5. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out the aforesaid modification. 14.06.2023 Lbm A.A. NAKKIRAN, J.
