When the case came up for hearing on earlier occasion dated 20.06.2022, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that instead of Crime No.1271 of 2020 it was wrongly mentioned as 127 of 2020. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to amend the Crime number in Crl.O.P.No.25343 of 2021. Accordingly, he was permitted to file a Petition seeking permission to amend the Crime number mentioned in Crl.O.P.No.25343 of 2021.

2. Therefore, the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking to amend the Crime number in Crl.O.P.No.25343 of 2021, is allowed.

3. The Petitioner is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.25343 of 2021.
