This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue suitable direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct survey of 3rd respondent property situated in Survey No.71/1A at 91, Sirukadal Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District as per his summons in Na.Ka.No.133/2020 dated 19.08.2020 by considering petitioner's representation dated 15.08.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct the survey in the subject property pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 15.08.2020.

Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent has already fixed the date for survey of the property on 13.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already fixed the date for survey of the property, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the process of survey within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall conduct the survey in the presence of the petitioner as well as the third respondent and shall proceed further with the survey based on the title documents. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
