(Order of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died. Therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
