The petitioner has filed this Criminal revision case seeking, to call for the entire records in so far as it relates to the order passed in C.A.No.39 of 2011, dated 21.02.2012 on the file of District and Sessions Court - II, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District modifying the order passed in C.C.No.164 of 2010, dated 28.10.2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - I, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District and to set aside the same.

Since the cheque amount is settled in favour of the respondent, and the parties have entered into a compromise memo, this Criminal revision case is disposed of setting aside the conviction sentence passed by the Trial Court.
