The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the market value fixed by the Competent Authority under the provisions of the Registration Act was paid by the purchaser.
2. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If any grievance exists for the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority
for the redressal of his grievances in the manner know to law.
3. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
