This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 09.02.2009. 2.Mr.S.Sairaman, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.11.2011 and 03.06.2016 and dispose of the same.

5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 09.11.2011 and 03.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
