The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on 20.02.2015 on the ground that the transactions are civil in nature.
