... Respondents/Complainant/Defacto Complainant Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to call for records in F.I.R.No.344 of 2011, on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same, as settled out of court between the parties.
For Petitioners : Mr.S.C.Vishwanth For Respondent-1 : Mr.M.Maharaja Additional Public Prosecutor
O R D E R
This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.344 of 2011, registered against the petitioners for offence under Sections 366 A IPC. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre for settlement. 3.
According to me, a reading of the complaint discloses cognizable offence for registering the case against the petitioners for offence under Section 366 A IPC. It is also admitted that the girl has been secured. Hence, I do not find any reason to quash the FIR. Consequently, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
