The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2013. 2.The case of the writ petitioner is that he is a physically challenged person having a disability of 50%. He is running a Mobile Shops on snacks and biscuits in hygienic manner on the line of Thiru.Murthy Nagar, Second Street, Near by Thiru.Murthy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is further stated that he has submitted an application for issuance of licence dated 24.10.2013. Since no action has been taken,the present writ petition.

4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has not produced any proof for submitting the representation and running the shop in the said premises.

5. On a perusal of the documents, it is seen that the petitioner has not furnished any document in respect of this case, that he has running the shop in the said premises. 6.In the light of the above facts, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by enclosing a copy of this order. On such compliance, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
