O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.141 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thudiyalur Police Station, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore District the 2nd respondent herein to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, O/o, Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District the 3rd respondent herein. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.141 of 2019 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. The brother of the petitioner herein has committed suicide by hanging himself, till today, the family could not find any reason for this suicide. Therefore no one involved in this crime. Under these circumstances transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report in accordance with law. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
