2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant as well as the power agent had died and hence the appeal may be dismissed as abated and also made an endorsement on that effect.

3.Considering the above reasons, inasmuch as the appellant as well as the power agent had died and no steps have been taken till date, for proceeding further in the matter as per law, there is no purpose in keeping this second appeal further pending.
