This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.596 of 2019 (FIR dated 09.09.2019) on the Inspector of Police, Pulianthope Police Station, Pulianthope, Chennai and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file in C.C.No.4728 of 2021, before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Index: Yes/No 16.09.2022 Speaking / Non Speaking Order bkn 2/4
