O R D E R

Seeking to modify the conditions imposed in CMP.No.2708 of 2017, the present petition has been filed.

2. The petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP.No.2708 of 2017 by the II Additional District Judge (CBI Cases), Coimbatore, is unsustainable for the reason that the trial Court while, granting bail has directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner has started reporting before the respondent police since 20.11.2017, and for the remaining 15 days the petitioner is not inclined to report before the respondent police for the reason that he is hailing from Chennai.
