PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner based on the CRM No.19118265 on 05.12.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner based on the CRM No.19118265 on 05.12.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sale deed dated 04.09.2014 registered as Document No.1102 of 2014 was lost while taking xerox of the original documents. She made all efforts to trace out the document but all in vain. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent for tracing of the original document. After receipt of the complaint, the respondent did not even conduct any enquiry and did not issue any Non Traceable Certificate so far and it is pending on the file of the respondent herein. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is misplaced and as such the respondent could not able to issue Non Traceable certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint on the file of the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to issue Non Traceable certificate to the petitioner forthwith in respect of missing Document No.1102 of 2014 dated 04.09.2014 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Kadathur, Dharmapuri District.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is Disposed of.
