(The case has been heard through video conference) The petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2482 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, directing the first petitioner to produce a document as security to the value of Rs.1.50 Crores which stands in the name of the first petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with another had approached the Principal District & Sessions Court, Coimbatore, seeking anticipatory bail vide Crl.M.P.No.2482 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 408, 409, 421, 477A, 34 of IPC. The learned Judge had granted anticipatory bail by order dated 15.09.2020 directing the first petitioner / the petitioner herein to produce a document as surety to the value of Rs.1.50 Crores stands in the name of the first petitioner. He would submit that the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge is onerous and thereby the present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2482 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020.

3. Heard the learned Counsels on both side.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has filed the application before this court without approaching the concerned Court seeking for modification. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Principal District & Sessions Court, Coimbatore, who has passed the order. 14.10.2020 vsn To 1.The District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore 2.The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Police Station, 3.The Public Prosecutor High Court of Madras Chennai.
