This petition has been filed to amend the Crime No.100 of 2023 instead of Crime No.not known of 2023 and the provisions as 294(b), 324 instead of 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC Crl.O.P.No.9113 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.9113 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
