J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These appeals are directed against the impugned interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge dated 28.04.2023 and 21.04.2023 in C.A.No.516 of 2022 in C.P.No.229 of 2004, wherein the learned Single Judge has disagreed to accept the request made by the appellant to go for Swiss Challenge method.
