[Delivered by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the alleged detenu Sivaranjini, aged about 16 years, was secured on 30.07.2021 in Kachirayapalayam Police Station Crime No.535 of 2021 and she is now with the petitioner.
