This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.2120 of 2023 in which the petitioner shall "execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of whom one should be blood relative".

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall "execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two normal sureties", within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
