This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the counter party which was issued C.S.R.No.443 of 2020 for the very same occurrence, the petitioner's daughter's complaint also received and she was issued C.S.R.No.442 of 2020. Both the complaints have been enquired and both the complaints were closed on 02.09.2020 itself.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
