2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to issue a genuineness certificate of the first Graduate Certificate issued to the petitioner bearing No.C5/16471/12.
3. The case of the petitioner is that after completing her Higher Secondary Education in the year 2012, she was selected to MBBS Course and joined the second respondent college on 06.08.2013. also issued by the first respondent on 07.06.2012 itself. However, the second respondent Institution has not sent the said Certificate for verification to the first respondent in order to find out its genuineness. Though such course of action was taken immediately after joining the second respondent, the first respondent has not so far sent information about the genuineness of the Certificate to the second respondent in spite of repeated representations. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court and filed the present writ petition.
4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and in view of the fact that the petitioner has joined the second respondent College as early as in the year 2013 and the above request before the first respondent is pending for the past four years, it is for the first respondent to act immediately and issue necessary proceedings after verification of the first Graduate Certificate already issued by him. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
