(CR.NO.528 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance within Crl.O.P.No.10081 of 2021 order dated 21.06.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 21.06.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender and execute the bond and sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and execute the bond and sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
