ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 09.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 302 @ 120(b) and 302 IPC in Cr.No.2678 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police,seeks bail.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that already the Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner herein for grant of bail was dismissed on 13.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11818 of 2021. Subsequently the petitioner herein / A3 was granted mandatory bail by the Judicial Magistrate, Aarani. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original is closed.
